Mango Lassi Mocktail

A traditional Indian drink made with mango pulp, yogurt, milk, and sugar, blended until smooth.


  • 1 cup of ripe mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup of plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or sugar (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground cardamom (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions – How to Make Mango Lassi Mocktail?

  1. In a blender, combine the chopped mango, yogurt, milk, and optional sweetener and cardamom. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. Taste the lassi and adjust the sweetness to your liking by adding more honey or sugar as desired.
  3. If you prefer a colder drink, add some ice cubes to the blender and blend again until smooth.
  4. Pour the lassi into glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
